He helps them navigate both the broader context and the daily challenges of managing their businesses.
James Vincent spent over ten years at Apple, working alongside Steve Jobs, where he crafted the narrative and communication for disruptive products like the iPod, iTunes, iPhone, App Store, and iPad. During this time, in 2006, he founded Apple's exclusive partner agency, Media Arts Lab, where he also served as CEO. Under his leadership, the agency grew to include over 500 people in 6 offices worldwide.
After his tenure at Apple, James Vincent became a key advisor to Airbnb's founder and CEO, Brian Chesky, shaping the user experience globally. Specifically, Vincent provided comprehensive brand development advice for Airbnb and worked internally to develop the minimum viable product (MVP). This effort culminated in the launch of "Experiences" as a significant part of the Trips platform in November 2016.
More broadly, his entrepreneurial and storytelling abilities have helped launch successful companies such as Snap, Glossier, Sonos, Farfetch, Gro Intelligence, Patreon, Sorare, and Scale.ai, to name a few.
