Marco Gay

Marco Gay is the Executive President and Partner of ZEST S.p.A., established in 2024 through the merger of Digital Magics and LVenture Group, and listed on Euronext Milan.
ZEST is Italy’s leading innovation group, headquartered in Milan, Turin, and Rome, with a European footprint. The company is a market leader in early-stage and seed venture capital investments, startup acceleration, Open Innovation, and Corporate Venturing, supporting the growth of startups and innovative SMEs.
Born in Turin in 1976, Marco is married with three children and has over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience in the digital and innovation sectors. Coming from an entrepreneurial family, he was shaped by strong values and ethics that have influenced his leadership style and vision.
He served as President of Confindustria Piemonte for the past four years and was President of Anitec-Assinform from 2018 to May 2024. Since July 2024, he has been President of the Unione Industriali Torino.
Throughout his career, Marco has specialized in corporate management and business strategy, holding CEO roles in companies operating in Digital Health, advertising, and Healthtech. In 2016, he joined the board of Talent Garden. He has also served as President of Confindustria Giovani, Vice President of Confindustria Digitale, and board member of Il Sole 24 Ore S.p.A. and LUISS Guido Carli University. He currently serves on the board of Online Sim and, as of June 2024, is also a board member of the Polytechnic University of Turin.
